    You need a tranny fluid flush or you need to add tranny fluid or you need your tranny rebuilt. 

    it is important to make sure that the level is where it should be and the color should be reddish in color. if  it slipps after it warms up it may be any where from seals to clutch plates to valve body. any how , new fluid may save it for a while and taking the pan down to chech for any signs of damage fromm debrie in it.
