cam shaft sensor is located in the distribuitor shaft housing by the water pump and on the top of the timing housing. remember it is only the bottom of the distribuitor housing and not the top half of a regular distribuitor which is no longer there since it is a distribuitorless system. i hope it makes sense. your egr sensor is ether silver or black in color with 1 or 2 tiny exhaust hoses attached to it by the firewall . it is somewhat hart too see since it is a minivan.
