There is a gun product called "TRI FLOW" great lube best thing ever invented . No substitute pick up some of that and remove spark plug spray some inside cylinder. Let stand over night to loosen rings . Then spray again turn it over and then put plug back in . Leave wire off for the moment . Drain gas and put fresh gas in . Clean or replace air filter . Put plug wire back on get some starting fluid shoot some in carb and turn over . If all is well otherwise it should fire . Good Luck . Bill
