Looks pretty simple. Take the face modeling off that surrounds the switch area, you should find screws for the face plate under the molding. The molding probably just snaps on and off. Remove the knobs for all control units. See screws to remove face plate, remove the screws to drop the face plate. Remove old switch unit by unplugging it from it's wiring harness. Connect new unit and put everything back together.
