Behave well for a long time. Do your homework, do all your chores, do anything they ask without complaining, and have a good attitude. It may sound like a lot of work, but keep in mind what you're trying to get in return. To do all this, just keep the mental picture of what you're getting in your head. Don't lose sight of the prize; Its pretty much the only thing that is keeping you going. If you do something impressive, like receiving good grades on your report card, take the opportunity to ask them then.
