I have just started taking Metformin and have had a slight reduction in my blood sugar but no side effects . If you want more info I suggest you post on www.healthboards.com

Thanks , I am going to decline taking this stuff . I have read in-depth on the side affects and I want no part of those . I have chosen massive dietary changes and exercise ,hope it works .
You are certainly on the right track, but to stop this disease without medication is doubtful.
