Yes, have a doctor check you but you can also get some glucosomine.

Sometimes I push down on the place where my middle finger meets the back of my hand. I have to pull the finger up from the middle knuckle on the finger. It pops, but does't hurt.
When I have a big yawn,  my right jaw creaks all the way to full extension.  My neck creaks when I move it from side to side, or tilt it back.
Sometimes this stuff hurts and sometimes it doesn't.  I have been diagnosed with degenerative disk disease in my cervical spine.
That means I have arthritis in my neck.
Perhaps you are developing arthritis.  Check with your doctor.

Well, nothing's popped on me yet, so I must have done something right.

I have pain in every  joint ever broken. It reminds me I'm still alive.

maybe you have mild osteoarthritis??..i Can`t diagnose...but it`s often wear and tear and age related..Pharmacists or GP..may recommend Calcium and Vit D tablets...can be obtained OVER THE COUNTER...but get medical oppinion 1ST!!;-)

    Good Luck,millie xx

You have come to the right website.  Most people here have pain in their joints, bones, neck, butt, legs, and every conceivable part of their bodies.  Fortunately, most people here cannot remember too many things either, including pain.

You might want to go have that checked out with a doctor. I say this, because if it is the onset of something...you're best catching it in its earliest stages.

Boy getting old is not for the faint of heart.  I would call the nutritionist at CocoonNutrition.com.  His name is Steven Heure and he knows mucho about the body.  Free consultation.  He is the fabulous bomb, smart, knowledgable and has helped people in my family and me over the years with various issues.   He also works with people that have cancer.

All the above plus up your intake of water . Evaluate your diet . Consider a multi vitamin and of course see a doctor .
