it sounds as if the anti-theft system is active and it is acting up as if someone is stealing your vehicle. look on the dash board or i.p. cluster when you are turning the ignition on and see if the security light is flashing. if it is then you have to follow that problem first. it may be that your ignition switch is faulty not sending the right rolling code to the anti-theft module which in turn it tells the engine computer to cut off the fuel supply by turning off the injectors. anyway, you still need to double check this by doing some tests. for now one simple thing to try is to disconnect the battery for 2-3 minutes. make sure that the ignition key is in the off position when doing so. also i am asuming that your vehicle does not have an add on security system. good luck.
