      You can get hepatitis C from having sex, but it's very unlikely. Hepatitis C spreads by direct contact with infected blood, which normally doesn't happen during sexual intercourse. If you have sex with someone (who is infected) in such a way that brings your blood in to contact with their blood, though, this can expose you to hepatitis C.
