www.hotmail.com. They will ask you "sign in" or "sign up" choose sign up. And they will ask you the usual first name, last name and user name and tell you to make a password which is easy for you to remember whch is unique and write it down. I know of a friend who made 3 accounts in one evening, because she could not remember any of her passwords and her machine was slow as well. I would personally recommend that you do not use their phone reminder facility but would recommend another email address as a notifier if you cannot access your account. Google, is a disaster on linked accounts. You are then asked for a capcha code just to make sure that you are not automated. Good luck!.
