@ Colleen: There are so many of these questions I feel there must be some glitch causing some site "contact" links to be inadvertently sent to this forum.
No, it's the simple matter of the Questions&Answers button being visible on certain tool bars. People are assuming it's attached to the page they are viewing or simply a direct link to any business in the world. some people should not own computers as they do not understand them.
