    In B.C. sadly,yes, due to private policies regarding dogs on private property! However,I would be hard-pressed to become involved in any way whatsoever with an ogre who dislikes dogs!!!I mean just look at 'em!!!Look!!!!Peace.

    Dependson the state you live in. Most states  cannot deny rental to a person who has a service dog.Call the State Housing department to find out.

    If the policy is no dogs I think that will stand . The landlord can be compelled to do many things by the court ,but I dont think they can be compelled to accept a dog regardless of its job . Question for a lawyer. If they dont like your dog ,why be there ?                   Bill
