    is it easy to take a recorded conversation and splice it so the message is different? how does this work?

    A friend of mine had a phone conversation recorded without her knowledge. When it was played for her boyfriend, she says it was several different conversations put together to make it what she didnt say. The recording sounded perfect. Can someone do this? is it easy is it expensive can anyone do it?

      A program on the computer can easily do this. The conversation was probably downloaded as a sound byte that could be put into an editing program. I've never done it so can not tell you how to do it.
