Advertise or hire a realtor who also handles rentals...however,if you seek a rental you can peruse local adverts in the paper or go cruising in the areas you want to reside in most and keep an eye out for rental signs as these aren't usually advertised in local papers...that's how I scored this funky beach house for 11 years now!
