    HEARING IMPAIRED TEXT - DELETE

    I have a Magnavox 6 years old - recently the Hearing Impaired Text is showing up on the screen - I no longer have the same remote control that came with the TV - How can I get rid of this text?

    No Colleen - No menu button on rear - I guess I am going to have to break down and buy a new plasma - Thank you so very much for your help - Its nice talking to nice people

      Do you have a menu button on the TV itself so you can disable the hearing impaired option there?

        Thank you for your reply - No there is no menu button - I suspect the TV is to old

        Did you look on the back? On the older models, they hid the menu button on the back side.
