    I was looking at a rug and thought I put it in a wish list but it said that I bought it.

    Phone the customer service number and talk to a customer service representative.  Any company that I have ever dealt with on line is happy to help you sort things out.  If that doesn't work you can always phone your credit card company and get them to decline the transaction.
