I'm interpreting your question as "I am pregnant. What I have". I will further interpret that to mean you are wondering what sex the baby is going to be.
With those interpretations firmly in place, I would venture a guess of either a boy or a girl.

As your pregnancy progresses, you will have ultrasounds. The sex of your child is often easily determinable during this.

Please talk to a responsible adult about this. I have some real concerns for you and the baby.

Good guess! I would guess the same too! :) Then again, there is always the rare hermaphrodite. But I'll still go with boy or girl.
