      Where are you trying to enter it?

        Sometimes its case sensitive (Capitol Letters ) Try resetting your password .  Go to view select preferences  choose security  click show passwords  and you can verify if what you rember is correct

            Just put the pointer on the "Forgot password"  or "Forgot online name" and start fresh.  Should not be a big deal or cause for banging your head into the wall.
