    i have a £20 credit note in it .also .co at end of email address my have been changed to .com which is wrong.

      Is it linked to another e-mail address? You could try clicking "forgot password". If it's not linked, they may have you answer some security questions so you can reset your password. If all else fails, contact Virgin media.
