LOL.  Nope.  I like to research (serious) answers before I give them.  And I like to read all of the other answers before I post mine.  And when I need to ask the animals it takes me at least 15 mins. before I can respond.  :).  Plus when my computer does that jumpy thing I get dizzy-LOL

You are too funny....my computer is so terribly slow therefore I would not even attempt such a magnificent feat!

If you mean try and answer questions quickly, without thinking,when your half out the door for work, then yes, mostly  upon reflection, not always a brilliant idea

I can't; the problem is that I talk too much and type too fast. I'll tell myself "You have 5 minutes before you have to leave" and then I'll go on for 15-20. Also, like doolittle, I like to look up stuff and read the other answers.
