People act like pigs in public restrooms .Why I dont know . How can one be compelled to keep and maitain these restrooms when they are not appreciated by some ..What is a human right ? We should expect a certain level of comfort in civilised society ,some among us make this impossible . I dont have a good answer to your question its calling for a opinion . If you feel a wrong has been done then speak up by all means .
