through out history, the acts of civil disobedience have famously helped to form a reassessment of  society`s moral parameters. Nkrumah, the founder of Ghana`s positive action, Martin Luther`s civil protests, Ghandi`s resistance to British rule in India, N. Mandella`s rise against Apartheid in south Africa, students` sit ins atgainst Vietnam war ARE INSTANCES WHERE CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE PROVED TO BE AN IMPORTANT TOOL FOR SOCIETAL PARADIGM SHIFT.

    Yep!

A hundred years ago the Suffragettes got women the vote in Britain through civil disobedience . Sadly Emily Davison died  to achieve this.

Did you give yourself an "A", too?

Civil disobedience has a long history in this country. This country has lost it's civility. Give me what "You got" is today's justification for civil disobedience. Anyone know of Ceasars 'Brazen Bull"? That's where they belong.
