    I live in Sacramento and she moved to Yuba City, and I don't have a cellphone to contact her with...

      You do have a computer.  Email or try Skype.  You can sign up for Skype free.  You don't have to buy a package.


      Make sure that your parents are ok with it.

        Hey..Don`t loose hope!!...There are always ways to stay in touch!!...Can you chat on a site such as Facebook or msn??...Write letters?..Save up for a cheap mobile/cell phone..or get one on contract if you can afford to??...It`s ALWAYS GUTTING when friends move away...but so much simpler these days to stay in touch via tech!!
