      Its a legal contract period . Too bad if you dont talk  has nothing to do with the contract . They may have a interest in removing their name from a instrument that is of no benefit to them  . This is a matter for a lawyer and the courts . Giving legal advise by a non lawyer is against the law . Sorry . Seek professional help with this .               Bill
