    how can I delete email messages prior to a certain date?

    I have over 5,ooo messages. Would like to delete a portion of them from a particular date, 1e 2006.

      One page at a time, check all, delete. That's it, that's the only way.

        You should be able to highlite the ones you want to delete and this will leave the ones you want to keep, have a look at the top of your email page and you should be able to sus this out.
