      Make a very small omelette. with a little piece of cheese, olive, and a little chilli flake.

        Recycle the carton set the spare egg in a small dish.  Cook the egg give to your pet or you eat it! Gosh what a problem you have! lol

            Apparently you do not have an 'egg rack' inside your fridge?  My wife just puts the extras in a bowl and places it on a shelf in the refrigerator, and uses those first, usually the next day.  I don't see this as a serious problem. LOL  If you don't want them rolling around in the bowl, just wet a paper towel and wrap it up.
