    I have an antique kitchen knife that has markings of (WM. ROGERS & SON) Warrented 12 Dwt. What does this mesn?

    Simply, it means the company, Wm Rogers & Son made the knife and warrants it against defects in workmanship.  Contact them for more information.  I believe they are still in business today.
