    alberta landlord and tenent act/power outlet problems

    the apartment manager will not fix these outlets and there has been two fires in the last two years. Can i refuse to pay my rent until this problem is fixed. the owner lives out of provance.I would like to go to work and not have to worry that there will be a fire and my family will not be ble to get out.
