      This has not happened to me, but had problems voting up lately.

        if there is aloso a 404 it means the Q has been removed

          When I get back to site, the question still there, most times unanswered.

          This has happend to me a few times,ijust refreshthe page and this usually does the trick.

            Some questions get hung up in the system. If I come across any that can not be opened, I send to the admin.
