Romos i correct "Where do you live?
In Queensland Australia we have 24/7 emergency departments at State Hospitals.
In addition there are a number of private clinic (open to all comers) that are open from 8am until 8 pm 7 days a week and many of these "bulk bill" that is the patient pays nothing for the consultation and the clinic bills the Federal Government "MEDICARE" for the consult.
No wonder we love OZ.
