    That would be a NO!

    Not if your wife finds out.... ha ha.

    You can be married and separated from one woman and then move in with another woman...there is nothing to stop you.  Now as to the legalities of what you're doing, should you need to go to court for some reason, that is another matter.  Check with a lawyer for that information. Legal is one thing...moral is quite another issue...you have probably checked your morals at the front door?
