Make a complicated password  using upper and lower case letters ,numbers and symbols if possible . Always sign out never leave the door open . Stop opening email from unknown sources thats the way they get in and install the key stroke bots . Then find a good anti virus program and install ,try not to spend money on this . Consider changing your O/S to Linux Mint and all this ceases to be a issue and all things are free . Learn to write code and in 15 characters or less you can write a password that if (easily)decoded will eat their system before turning off. Just a suggestion
