Sometimes you can reset the password in the router by holding in on the reset button for 30 seconds. The reset button is often recessed inside a tiny hole in the back of the router (use straightened paper clip). It may reset to the default password which is possibly "password". If that fails, google the brand and model number of the router and possibly you will be directed to an owners manual for the router. When you get it fixed, tape the new password to the bottom of the router.
