Take the mpg your car gets and divide it by the miles you have to drive..

Are you driving a Patton Tank or a Fred Flintstone car, or are we supposed to guess?""

If your car got 28.3 MPG highway =100 gallons x $4.00 per gallon average $400 in fuel and 5.66 days average speed 60mph + food and motel rooms. Could get very pricy and tiring. I would consider shipping my vehicle by train…it may be less expensive….and fly there the day your car arrives. I would plan to fly there as soon as the car is shipped then get a flight that is cheap and to be crowded. Then volunteer to be “bumped” as many times and as often as possible so you can be overnighted and fed eventually to arrive with enough air miles from multiple bumped flights to go on vacationing a bumped hotel for free.
