Very good machine. Your pressure is to high. Check the pressure regulator.

Have you looked into  adjustments  or restricting the amount of air it gets ? You dont want to be tearing the bead on new tires or damaging wheels. This is a big company(Coats) maybe you can call the factory and get a tech to give you a couple of minutes. Right now it sounds a little dangerous ,only the most qualified should be using this . If you have a water trap in the line perhaps you can restrict or reduce the air at that point .

Then be sure to lube all the tires really well both sides and have a very qualified operator on this machine . I am very sorry I was not more help .In a day where most things dont work well ,you apparently have a machine that works really well . I would be reluctant to use it on custom wheels and exotic chrome stuff  .  Maybe just the 6 ply stuff and the trucks . Going to cost you some damage money if you use this on light weight stuff . Wish I had better answers . If the factory is of no help not much else can be done that I know of .        Bill
