You need something that will connect your television to internet (netflix) through it, such as, blu-ray, xbox, wii console. You might need to look at your owner's manual to see where it is recommended that it be connected through.
If you already have everything connected, you might have to select your source on the television, and see on which one it is receiving the netflix signal.
