General Westmorland on the day he choose to drop a Hydrogen Bomb on the Island in the Pacific where 107 people had chosen not to leave in protest of the event that would destroy their home. I would have canceled the test and left those people to live in peace. There was nothing learned in those tests that could not have been learned by other methods except the cost of our arrogance and stupidity.

I would like to be the Pope then I would close all the Catholic churches, sack the priests and give the wealth of the church to the poor.
