Look in the paper and see comparable sized properties . The life of a budding landlord is not a easy one . Best to have a property manager and let a professional do it . Make your tenants have renters insurance as a condition of the lease . Carry some yourself as well . Get a good sized deposit and make sure your lease is professional as you may have to defend it in court . Good Luck ! Bill
