How are you so sure that you actually saw her 'once online'? Do this--- Ask her to email her picture, BTW, does she know what you look like? Some people just are not comfortable with their picture online for everyone to see, could be vanity or could be fear of predators. Personally I don't understand 'cyber-love'.. How do you 'fall in love' without ever being with someone.. makes no sense to me. Is this woman within your physical location?? Why haven't you met up with her?? This is very weird-- How old are you??

Certainly, the first thing in my mind is that she doesn't think she is good-looking enough.
She may be afraid of being recognized. She may be afraid of stalkers. She may want to be "mysterious".
She may be legitimately shy about "meeting" you on the camera.
