Yes sometimes this is the case . Why ? Consider that the question may have been misread or answered in a not up to snuff manner . Also consider that this is a global forum and backgrounds are quite different across the world . The Aussies and the Brits have a perspective quite different from the USA .The ages vary wildly from the very young to the seniors . The combined age is most likely in the thousands of years . So when you voice a opinion or thought that cuts across the grain you are likely to get a colourful comment in response . I would not take it personal ,just roll with it .
if your to fragile to take comments you dont like why are you on here?not every one has the same outlook as you.
And then there are those who do have the same out look as her bowlesy. Some comments here are out of line while others are hurtful.
I did not say that, though your comment to her could have been a little nicer. We are a community here.
rainny we all like Comments on this site we get to know each other that way Funny answers get funny Comments.But not hurtful ones So go with the flow.
colleen if this is a community then it stands to reason that some of the replies are going to be of a diverse nature.if we are to only make"nice" replies and pat each other on the back then this community is not working.tell me to stop making the comments that i think the question warrants and i will sign off.

Most comments are just that....comments. They are not intended to "put down" someone's answer but more likely, to make someone laugh. A lot of us here, feel that we "know each other" and that we "get" and understand the humor or sarcasm of the comment. Many of us here on this site think that we are very funny. hahahahaha Once in a while, someone gets their toes stepped on and then....we all move on! Sorry that you don't see it that way. :(
