                Umbriel has it right. Not only does everyone deserve moral consideration , but it is societies obligation to judge the moral charactor of its people. That is how the law and social constraints work. That old saw from the bible "judge not less ye be judged" is absurd, it should be judge and judge often.

                  A "Moral consideration" is a request to pass judgement on someone. If a stranger, you can't. If it's someone you know and they are devoid of morals, you have just answered the question.
