      Yes.  Because when I was an LPN, a pharmacist told us in a meeting that if a med or a vitamin or supplement is  expired, they won't hurt you, but they might not be potent anymore.

        Yes, it will not hurt you to take them but realize that they may not be as powerful as they were originally......
