Please come take my neighbors. He hits it hard and yells at it. She's so afraid of everyone that she won't even look at you. I would call the authorities but he's a gang type member with his buddies always hanging around his house. He would know that I'm the one who called because I've already threatend to call them to come see the dog. I'm afraid he would retaliate and hurt or kill my dogs.
