    Google Chrome Ap called Tabs: where can I find it so I can use it?

    I saw a video on this on Google.  I want it.  I don't even know where I saw the video.

      There is no app called tabs. Tabs are web pages you have open. You see them on the toolbar as clickable tabs so you can peruse each page one at a time yet keeping each one open as you look at another.
