First check file size there are limits both for sending and receiving . Hot mail has 25 MB Then with mail ready to send look for :attachments ,click on it ,that takes you your files pages choose the location of the file you want to attach ie pictures ,desktop ,downloads etc. the choose file and click on open . That will take you back to mail and wait for it to finish attaching . It will change color or give you a indication when complete . Then just click send and its on its way . Simple as that .
