Good for your health but not for the bed Olympics mate, tends to put people of the face to face stuff, not that it bothered any of my 12 ex wives of course.....KOTF.

Garlic is good for you and olive oil is good for you so, I would guess they are good for you..........

The downside is they are high in sodium, (salty.)
