We accept all languages as we are a world wide site. Some of us are willing to use the Google translator. You can ignore these if they bother you.
The reason they bother me is the asker MUST be able to read English to access the site so why not continue to do so.
Perhaps this would encourage them to learn English so that when they migrate to one of our countries they will be literate in English.
