    my xl charge lite works but it wont turn on even after holding button on for fifteen seconds

    think there was a short as cigar lighter fuse blew could this have damaged the tom tom or does it have a built in fuse that can be changed

      Tom Toms suck. My brother has bought 3 so far and they have all had charging issues. He's not found a way to fix them.

      Toss it, buy another or head to the Tom Tom site, scroll to the bottom of the page and click, "contact" and send them an e-mail about your problem. Good luck.
