    What's the best way to free space in gmail?

    Click on the email message that you no longer want, then click on delete.

    Thanks but I have millions of letters. how can I do it smartly?

    Volcane you can go down the list of eMails and tick the box at the beginning then when all ticked press delete.

    You can bring up all your emails, click on ALL, then hit delete, i think this removes about 20 at a time, just repeat again until all have been deleted.

    Do you know if there's a way to sort out emails by size so that I can delete those that take out more memory space.

    Click delete.

    Delete all eMails that you have read and no longer need.


    Delete all spam.
