Other's may agree...but remember I speak 'groundhog' and they do have the power to detect major weather shifts!
P.S. Phil (and his family) go into a deep depression when it is sunny on Feb 2nd in Puxatawnee, Pa (where they have resided for generations) brecause they are always routing for an early Spring. This Year they have taken Prozac..

SHHHH...this is a SECRET!!! There are several Phils (some are girls!) that way if one says F.O. and chomps down on the dude's finger they'll put that one back and choose a more docile Phil for the t.v. broadcast- nothing like a groundhog attacking a dude's face on t.v. to ruin a holiday!
They are all adorable!

So glad s/he made it out of the flood! Great pic. Date stamp tells me this was a place in the "Natural disaster Week" zone. Sorry for such bad flooding!

Puxatawney.A name given the area by the Delaware Indians.Meaning "town of sandflies Or town of mosquitos".But what did they know? It's the town of groundhogs now.
